We love this treat because you can enjoy it hot in the winter but over ice in the summer!

  • 1 hot cup decaf coffee
  • 2 tablespoons low-carb vanilla shake meal-replacement powder
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla coffee-flavoring syrup
  • Cinnamon (optional)

  1. Combine the coffee, vanilla shake powder and coffee-flavoring syrup. Garnish with cinnamon (optional).

Yield: 1 serving with no more than 2 grams of carbohydrates, no fiber, and no protein.
