1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Splenda
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and store in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
