- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp Splenda
- Combine the ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate until you are ready to use.
Yield: 1 cup. Each 2 Tbsp serving has 2 grams of carbohydrates, no fiber and no protein.
