  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp Splenda

  1. Combine the ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate until you are ready to use.

Yield: 1 cup. Each 2 Tbsp serving has 2 grams of carbohydrates, no fiber and no protein.
